The Enforcer
The Enforcer
The Enforcer is more of a motivator than a disciplinarian. They have energy and influence in the herd and will push the group along when necessary. When the herd is not focused or lacks unity, the enforcers will drive the other herd members to get organized. Sometimes they can seem bossy, but the herd relies on their encouragement to get moving when it’s important. Enforcers prefer that someone else make the big decisions, since they are more comfortable leading from behind. If no one takes the lead, they will definitely step up. Without an enforcer, a herd can become disjointed with everyone paying attention to their own needs. If you are an enforcer in your herd, you likely unite others around you and get things done.
